My machine works great with larger components the problem I run into is 0603 resistors and capacitors. About four or five of them will get blown off while placing parts next to them. I was wondering what other people have done to correct this, Is there a solder paste with more stick, or a way to turn how long the blow-off is from the nozzle.
We have 3 options to adjust this. First option reduce air pressure for vacuum generators to 3,5 - 4bar. Second option use "Put delay" option in feeder settings and increase to 50ms. Last option reduce the pressure push by closing the needle valves at the bottom left side of your machine.
